Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Coordinator to provide on-site support for store and print marketing initiatives. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone starting their marketing career who enjoys hands-on work, organization, and supporting retail operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Print & Store Marketing Support

- Assist with preparing and organizing print marketing materials such as posters, flyers, rack tops, and in-store signage

- Help assemble, label, and pack store-specific marketing kits and supply boxes

- Support seasonal promotions, hiring campaigns, and store events with printed materials

- Ensure marketing materials are accurate, organized, and ready for distribution

Administrative & Coordination Support

- Help update and maintain marketing calendars, files, and spreadsheets

- Assist with basic data entry, tracking, and organization of marketing information

- Support the team by preparing materials for meetings and daily tasks

- Maintain clean and organized marketing storage areas and supplies

Shipping & Operations Support

- Assist with shipping preparation, tracking numbers, and delivery follow-ups

- Help maintain inventory of marketing supplies and notify the team when stock is low

- Support basic purchase order and invoice organization under supervision

Team & On-Site Support

- Work on-site with the marketing team and assist with day-to-day tasks as needed

- Help gather store feedback and support simple competitive research tasks

- Escalate issues or questions to senior team members when needed

- Any other related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

- High school diploma or post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (students and new graduates welcome)

- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop)

- Comfortable working on-site in an office environment

- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

- Ability to lift and move marketing boxes and materials as required
