Position: Creative Digital Media Specialist
Salary: $55,000 to $75,000 + Annual Performance Bonus

Position Responsibilities and Duties
- · Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute design concepts across multiple channels, including print, digital, social media, paid media, email, SMS and more.
- · Adapt and optimize existing design assets for different channels, ensuring consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity.
- · Prepare and modify artwork for various digital platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, email platform and online advertising.
- · Work on designs for multi-page documents, multi-touchpoint campaigns, print and digital ads, graphics for social media, and more.
- · Assist in the creation of engaging social media graphics, GIFs, short videos (e.g. reels/shorts/TikToks), and other multimedia assets.
- · Contribute to the design and production of email templates, ensuring responsive and visually appealing layouts.
- · Prepare files for print production, including layout adjustments, color correction, and pre-press setup.
- · Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in typography, imagery, branding, and design elements across different mediums.
- · Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and explore new design ideas that resonate with diverse audiences.
- · Help manage and organize digital assets, ensuring efficient access and seamless sharing among team members.
- · Experience adapting designs for various digital platforms and print materials.
- · Detail-oriented approach to design production and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
- · Basic knowledge of web design principles and responsive design.
- · Assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading to a computer
- · Following a script, screenplay or outline
- · Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice-overs
- · Inputting graphics to enhance footage
- · Digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file; editing rough cut file with various effects for final cut for approval from managers
- · Improving and correcting lighting, coloring and faulty footage
- · Working closely with managers to present a final product that matches his or her vision
- · Design company logos, letterheads, brochures, presentations, promotional materials, and website elements.
- · Meet with team members to determine requirements and vision for design elements, which may include multiple strategy meetings.
- · Create multiple different versions of a similar content/product and send them through approvals.
- · Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends by attending workshops, courses, and reading relevant material.
- · Review finalized materials to be sure there are no errors.
- · Work with internal technology software and hardware.
- · Select fonts, colours, shapes, designs, styles, and layouts for projects.

Qualifications and Other Requirements:
- · This candidate should demonstrate strong technical software mastery and deep design principles that translate into polished, high-performing visual assets.
- · This candidate should possess strategic branding and marketing knowledge paired with exceptional soft skills, including creativity, communication, project management, and problem-solving.
- · This candidate should consistently deliver impactful visual solutions across digital and print media while staying current with modern trends and industry standards.
- · A degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
- · A minimum of 3 years experience in graphic design.
- · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- · Familiarity with multimedia tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- · Navigate and use Meta Business Suite (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Suite (YouTube)
- · Excellent technology skills in using all Microsoft Suite Software’s including, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, Outlook, Google Chrome, etc.
- · Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to express ideas and procedures clearly and concisely; ability to work with highly sensitive information.
- · Excellent grammar and punctuation skills.
- · Must submit creative portfolio.
- · Understanding of AODA standards requirements.

Work Schedule and Conditions:
- Work Schedule Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and flexibility to work additional hours to meet required deadlines
- Must be comfortable sitting and speaking on the phone and in virtual meetings for extended periods.
- Regular meetings with direct reporting manager to review weekly performance, lead quality, and conversion goals.
- Candidates must be flexible and willing to pivot to support marketing and advertising events during evenings and weekends on an as-needed basis.
