Opportunity:

Who are we looking for: Someone who wants to help others, whole hearted, warm and friendly. We aim to over-deliver, out perform and be a place that patients trust. Having a warm friendly personality but with a heart to serve is the most valuable characteristic we are looking for. This is not a job, this is much more than that.

We are one of the largest chiropractic offices in the country, trusted by thousands and right in the heart of Milton. No medical experience required. Customer service industry experience is an asset but not a requirement. Position includes an upbeat, energetic work environment, and requires someone with exceptional people skills.

32-38 hours per week. Work week is Monday-Thursday and Saturdays (on occasion), we have Friday’s off to be with families to try and keep life balanced. Bonus: Chiropractic Care is included for all staff (Min $3,000 Value/Year).

PLEASE NOTE HOURS before applying as we do have 3 split shifts, so if you are local they will work well.

Monday - Thursday : 7:00AM - 10:00AM; 3:00PM – 6:00 PM

Saturdays (occasionally): 8:30-11 am

Addition hours are required for administration work (outside of the above posted times) and are outside patient adjusting times.

*Pay rate increases, dependent on attained skill level and experience, and length of employment with our team

ASSETS REQUIRED: BIG HEART! HIGH energy, OUTGOING personality, organizational skills, VERY strong computer and phone skills, quick-learner, high-tech office, excellent memory, great work ethic, punctuality and flexibility a must. Ability to follow detailed instructions and multi-task in a busy office. Excellent communication skills.

Reliable, punctual and have own transportation. Local candidate an asset.

DUTIES: front desk reception, processing patients, collecting payments, assisting the doctor in clinical procedures, keeping office organized and professional. Paperless office with thermography nerve scans and digital x-ray and cold laser therapy - must be comfortable computers and technology.
