Full job description

Are you comfortable speaking with people, motivated by results and looking for an opportunity to develop professionally?

Optimum Potential Advancement Inc. is expanding its team in Moncton. We are looking for Business Solutions Representatives to meet with local business owners, understand their needs and introduce solutions designed to support their daily operations.

No previous sales experience is required. Selected candidates receive structured training, field support and ongoing coaching to help them develop the skills required for the position.

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?

Meet directly with business owners and managers in an assigned territory.
Present business products, services and current promotions.
Understand each client’s needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Guide new clients through the registration and activation process.
Follow up with prospects and maintain professional client relationships.
Participate in daily meetings, training and coaching sessions.
Work toward individual and team performance objectives.

Pay: $48,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
