Fondé en 2008, le Groupe Barroco est animé par une passion pour la gastronomie, les cocktails, la musique, le vin, le design et les bons moments. Avec 3 restaurants (Barroco, Foiegwa, Trattoria Fugazzi), 4 comptoirs à pizza (Fugazzi Presto), 3 bars à cocktails (Atwater Cocktail Club, Milky Way, Bon Délire) et 1 cuisine centrale, soutenus par le bureau chef, notre objectif est d'innover constamment et de créer des espaces pour répandre notre amour de l'hospitalité.

Le Barroco, situé dans le Vieux-Montréal depuis 2008, propose une cuisine méditerranéenne d’inspiration française dans un cadre chaleureux et intimiste. Notre équipe offre une expérience authentique et raffinée, mettant à l’honneur les produits locaux et de saison, dans une ambiance conviviale et attentionnée.

Le Barroco recherche un(e) Sous-Chef(fe) avec expérience pour se joindre à notre équipe du soir.

Si vous croyez être un candidat motivé et qui désire évoluer dans une équipe de travail jeune et dynamique, nous aimerions vous rencontrer.

Description des tâches:

Avant le service: recevoir, entreposer, contrôler et régler les problèmes éventuels concernant les produits de cuisine, préparer les aliments selon les procédures en place, mettre à jour et communiquer sur la disponibilité des produits de la carte, contrôler le bon fonctionnement de chacun des postes et planifier le personnel de la soirée.
Pendant le service : préparer les mets et superviser la brigade, vérifier les préparations et garantir leur qualité .
Après le service: ranger les aires de travail et vérifier la propreté de la cuisine, débriefer avec l’équipe et planifier les commandes.
Autres tâches connexes: participer à la création des plats du jour et des menus spéciaux, gérer les commandes, gérer les performances de l’équipe, etc.

Compétences requises:

2 ans d’expérience en tant que Chef de Partie
1 an d’expérience dans un poste similaire

Barroco is looking for an experienced Sous-Chef to join our team.

Tasks description :

Before the service: receive, store, control and resolve any problems with kitchen products, prepare food according to the procedures in place, update and communicate on the availability of products on the menu, control the proper functioning of each of the evening staff positions and planners.
During the service: preparing the food and supervising the brigade, checking the preparations and guaranteeing their quality.
After Service: Tidy up work areas and check kitchen cleanliness, debrief with team and schedule orders.
Other related tasks: participate in the creation of daily specials and special menus, manage orders, manage team performance, etc

Required skills :

2 years as Chef de Partie
1 year of experience in a similar position.
