L’entreprise JPMA Global Inc., est une ébénisterie professionnelle, spécialisée en meubles commerciaux de haut-de-gamme (présentoir sur mesure, décoration/boiserie commerces haut-de-gamme) fondée en 1968.

Seul fabricant Nord-Américain d’aménagements pour magasin, nous produisons sur mesure et sous un même toit des étalages en bois et en métal pour magasin.

Poste : Ebéniste

Lieu de travail : 7335 boul. Henri-Bourassa Est, Montréal (Québec) H1E 3T5 Canada

Fonctions :

Connaître les natures de bois (peuplier, chêne, érable, cerisier, noyer …) ;
Lecture de plans pour assemblage de meuble (vue, section, détail …) ;
Connaître les différents types d’assemblages ;
Savoir utiliser outils manuel/portatif et matériel de serrage ;
Savoir coller avec différentes colles ;
Savoir utiliser machinerie de base (scie circulaire, toupie, dégauchisseuse, raboteuse, banc de scie…) ;
Contrôler les mesures, les matériaux et vérifier la conformité du meuble et l’ajuster au besoin ;
Maîtrise du travail sur des ouvrages en placage, stratifié et autre matériel ;
Effectuer tout autres tâches connexes;

Qualifications :

Étude : DEP en ébénisterie ou dans une discipline pertinente, un atout

Expérience exigée : 2 ans

Salaire offert : 24.00 $ /heure

Nombre d’heures par semaine : 40 (jour, soir, fin de semaine)

Horaire du lundi au vendredi de 7h00 à 15h30

Possibilité de temps supplémentaire

Job Description

JPMA Global Inc. is a professional woodworking company specializing in high-end commercial furniture (custom displays, decorative millwork, and woodwork for luxury retail stores), founded in 1968.

As the only North American manufacturer of complete retail store fixtures, we custom-build both wood and metal displays under one roof.

Responsibilities

Knowledge of wood species (poplar, oak, maple, cherry, walnut, etc.);
Read and interpret furniture assembly drawings (views, sections, details, etc.);
Knowledge of various joinery and assembly techniques;
Use hand tools, portable power tools, and clamping equipment;
Apply different types of adhesives and glues;
Operate basic woodworking machinery (circular saw, shaper/router, jointer, planer, table saw, etc.);
Verify measurements and materials, inspect furniture for compliance, and make adjustments as needed;
Perform veneering, laminate work, and work with other related materials;
Carry out any other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

Vocational Diploma (DEP) in Cabinetmaking or a related field is considered an asset.

Required Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience.

Compensation

Hourly Wage: $24.00 per hour
Hours per Week: 40 hours (day, evening, and weekend shifts may be required)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
