Le Chef Pâtissier planifie, organise, contrôle et optimise les opérations et la profitabilité de son département. Il assure la gestion de ses ressources humaines et s'assure du respect et de l'application des normes de qualité, d'hygiène, de salubrité, de santé et sécurité au travail et des politiques Ressources Humaines émises par Première Moisson et par les gouvernements relatives à son département. De plus, il est aussi appelé à effectuer les tâches dévolues au pâtissier. Il participe également à différentes tâches reliées à la bonne marche des affaires, comme l’entretien ménager et l’assemblage de produits alimentaires.

Tâches :

Planifier, diriger et contrôler l’ensemble des opérations de son département (achats, stocks, production, coûts, etc.)
Établir le calendrier de production, en informer ses employés et en assurer le suivi
Assurer le respect des recettes et appliquer les techniques de fabrication de Première Moisson
Gérer le personnel (embauche, formation, évaluation, supervision)
Effectuer différentes tâches de pâtissier
Optimiser la rentabilité de son département
Assurer le respect par son personnel des normes de qualité, d’hygiène et de salubrité établies par Première Moisson
Assurer l’application des normes de santé et sécurité par le personnel

Requis :

DEP spécialisé en pâtisserie ou formation équivalente
Expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire
Maîtrise des techniques de pâtisserie fine
Connaissances pertinentes en gestion des opérations de pâtisserie (achats, stocks, planification de la production, gestion des coûts, etc.)
Connaissances générales en gestion des ressources humaines
Leadership organisé, dynamique
Bonnes habiletés de communicateur
Axé sur la satisfaction de la clientèle, les résultats et le travail d’équipe

The Pastry Chef plans, organizes, controls and optimizes the operations and profitability of his department. In addition, he is also called upon to perform the tasks assigned to the pastry chef. Duties:

Plan, direct and control all operations of his/her department (purchasing, inventory, production, costs, etc.)
Establish the production schedule, inform employees and ensure follow-up
Ensure compliance with Première Moisson recipes and manufacturing techniques
Manage personnel (hiring, training, evaluation, supervision)
Carry out various pastry-making tasks
Optimize the profitability of the department
Ensures that his or her staff complies with the quality, hygiene and sanitation standards established by Première Moisson
Ensure the application of health and safety standards by the personnel

Requirements:

DEP specialized in pastry or equivalent training
3 to 5 years experience in a similar position
Mastery of fine pastry techniques
Relevant knowledge in pastry operations management (purchasing, inventory, production planning, cost management, etc.)
General knowledge of human resources management
Organized, dynamic leadership
Good communication skills
Focused on customer satisfaction, results and teamwork
