Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Graphic Designer & Production Specialist to join our creative team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about visual storytelling, digital design, and production workflows. You will be instrumental in crafting compelling visual content that elevates brand identity across multiple platforms. Your expertise will drive the creation of engaging graphics, motion visuals, and polished marketing materials that resonate with diverse audiences. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your design talents while collaborating with a talented team dedicated to excellence and innovation.

Duties

Develop captivating visual designs for digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and print materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Sketch.
Create engaging motion graphics and animations utilizing Adobe After Effects and InVision to enhance multimedia content.
Design logos, UI elements, and visual assets that align with brand standards and project goals.
Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize and produce compelling visual content that supports campaign objectives.
Build responsive web pages and interactive prototypes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and Figma to ensure seamless user experiences.
Manage production workflows from concept through final delivery, ensuring high-quality output within deadlines.
Maintain organized archives of all design files, assets, and project documentation for easy access and future reference.

Experience

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, branding, UI/UX design, and motion graphics.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and Figma is essential.
Familiarity with web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, along with WordPress platform knowledge.
Strong understanding of typography principles and visual design best practices to create impactful presentations and marketing materials.
Experience working on digital projects involving motion graphics, UI design, logo creation, and interactive prototypes using tools like InVision.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies to align visual content with overall campaign goals is a plus.
