Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Crew Member to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, with a focus on baking, food preparation, and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Crew Member, you will be integral to creating a welcoming environment, preparing high-quality products, and ensuring food safety standards are maintained. This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bakery setting.

Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation, including baking and assembling products such as cakes and baked goods, Crepes waffles & Pancakes ice creams.
Decorate cakes and desserts with creative designs using cake decorating techniques
Handle food safely by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures
Package baked goods and other food items for sale or delivery
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure product consistency
Support team members during busy periods to ensure efficient operation of the establishment

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant, bakery, or food service environment is preferred but not required
Knowledge of cake decorating, baking, and food preparation techniques is a plus
Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Kitchen experience or familiarity with food industry operations is advantageous
Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation, packaging, and presentation
