Job Responsibilities:

Occupational Therapy treatment and assessment, including phone, email, and text communication with clients, assessments, documentation, travel to client locations, and intervention services.
Utilize specialized occupational therapy knowledge and skills to promote independence in activities of daily living, productivity, and leisure.
Provide individualized assessment and intervention, program planning and implementation, consultation, education, and policy development as part of an interdisciplinary team and in collaboration with families.
Consult with physicians and other healthcare professionals to determine the most appropriate treatment plan for each client.
Conduct specialized assessments, including worksite analyses, ergonomic assessments, assistive device recommendations, cognitive assessments and therapy, functional capacity evaluations, and other occupational therapy assessments.
Ensure clients actively participate in therapeutic programs designed to achieve identified goals.
Monitor and evaluate client progress toward established treatment goals.
Prepare accurate and timely clinical documentation related to the delivery of occupational therapy services.
Ensure the practice of Occupational Therapy is conducted in accordance with the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists' Code of Ethics and all applicable provincial regulatory requirements.
Understand and comply with all licensure requirements, applicable legislation, scope of practice, and company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
