Revitalize Your Health is a specialty private medical clinic focused on sexual function optimization, hormone balance (PCOS/Menopause/Andropause) & medical weight loss (virtually through NP virtual program), pelvic health, regenerative medicine, and aesthetic injectables.
This is NOT a med-spa. This is NOT a general nursing role. This is a focused, high-skill clinical environment with a defined training pathway into one of the most underserved and fastest-growing areas of private medicine in Canada.
We are hiring 1-2 full or part time Nurse Injectors to join our medical team.

This role is open to Nurses (RN) andNurse Practitioners (NP) in good standing with the CNO.
Active hands-on experience in cosmetic injectable procedures is required. Applications without verified injectable credentials will not be reviewed.
The clinical nature of this role requires daily professional interaction with both male and female patients regarding deeply sensitive and personal matters — including sexual dysfunction, sexual history, masturbation habits, urinary and bowel health, and genital anatomy.
Treatment delivery includes direct professional handling of patient genitalia in order to deliver regenerative treatments. If this falls outside your comfort zone, this role is not the right fit.

What makes this role different
You will be trained across a comprehensive clinical protocol suite — pelvic floor health, sexual function optimization, regenerative injection procedures, and cosmetic injectables — under direct mentorship from our Clinical Director, a Canadian Clinical Instructor for an internationally recognized regenerative medicine program operating across North America.
This is specialized clinical knowledge you will not acquire in a hospital, long-term care facility, or conventional med-spa. The procedures you will learn are performed by a very small number of providers in Canada. The training investment is real. So is the ceiling.
Our daily schedule crosses the full range of services within a single shift — device-based therapies, patient education, aesthetic and regenerative injectables. We need a clinician who thrives in a varied, fast-moving environment and can work independently once trained.
Clinical Requirements
- Nurse in good standing with the CNO — required
- Current hands-on training and active experience in cosmetic neuromodulator and/or dermal filler injection — required
- Clinical confidence discussing sexual health, pelvic function, continence, and sexual dysfunction with professionalism and warmth — with both male and female patients, every day
- Medical knowledge sufficient to understand normal sexual function physiology, sexual dysfunction in men and women as well as the contributing factors.
- Be able to confidently provide health education to patients about their condition.
- Ability to provide intimate clinical care in a professional, supportive, and non-judgmental manner
- Strong patient education and communication skills
- Ability to make patients feel genuinely comfortable and supported during sensitive treatments
- Rigorous, detail-oriented approach to clinical documentation
- Ability to work independently and self-direct between tasks
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a premium private medical clinic
- Reliable personal transportation
Administrative and Technical Requirements
- Computer literate with strong comfort using electronic documentation systems — required
- Comfortable adopting and using AI tools as part of daily clinical workflow
- Experience with Jane App (booking, charting, point of sale) — strongly preferred
- Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) as a patient communication platform — an asset
- Willing and able to perform light reception and basic front desk duties when needed
- Sales and marketing knowledge or patient communication skills — an asset; the ability to clearly communicate the value of treatments and support patient decision-making is part of this role

Your scope and your hourly rate both increase permanently as you complete each stage. This is a documented compensation ladder tied to verified clinical competency — not manager discretion, not annual reviews.
- EMSELLA operation and pelvic floor / continence health education
- Sexual function health education and patient-facing clinical teaching
- GAINSwave / focused shockwave therapy
- Facial neuromodulator and dermal filler — building directly on your existing injectable foundation
- PRP-based regenerative injection procedures under Medical Director delegation
- Patient consultations — when clinical readiness is confirmed by Clinical Director
Your hourly rate increases permanently at each competency milestone. The faster you progress, the more you earn — every shift.
Plus your hard work and efforts will be rewarded in the team bonus at the end of the year. The exact amount depends on your performance and revenue collectively as a team.
Compensation and tTerms
- $30–$45/hr depending on credential, experience, and training progression
- Full-time
- Mix of daytime and evening shifts; no weekends currently
- 2 weeks paid vacation; 3 weeks with 5 or more years of nursing experience
- Annual team performance bonus — all eligible in-clinic staff share equally when clinic revenue targets are met
