Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative/Coordinator to join our growing team! In this energetic role, you will be at the forefront of building strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and promoting our innovative products and services. Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

Prepare quotations, proposals, submittals, and tender documents for projects
Coordinate order processing, production timelines, and delivery with internal teams
Maintain and manage CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and customers
Support the sales team with reporting, pipeline tracking, and forecasting
Respond to client inquiries, providing technical product information when required
Oversee and maintain house accounts

Marketing Leadership & Coordination

Oversee, plan, and execute all marketing-related activities for the company
Prepare technical videos for marketing and trade shows
Develop and manage annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with sales goals
Create and coordinate digital campaigns (email marketing, Social Media, website updates, Newsletters, Blogs, etc.)
Maintain and create campaigns on adwords
Manage the development of brochures, product catalogs, case studies, and technical documentation
Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and communications
Collaborate with external vendors (designers, printers, agencies) as needed

Market Development & Brand Growth

Conduct market and competitor analysis within the industry
Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and customer segments
Support lead generation strategies and track campaign performance (ROI, engagement)
Coordinate participation in trade shows, industry events, and product launches
Strengthen relationships with contractors, consultants, and distributors

Administrative & Cross-Functional Coordination

Act as a liaison between sales, engineering, production, and logistics teams
Maintain organized records of pricing, contracts, and marketing assets
Track marketing budgets and report on expenditures and results
Assist in improving internal processes for sales and marketing efficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2–4 years of experience in sales and/or marketing coordination (manufacturing or HVAC preferred)
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
Familiarity with technical products or engineering environments is an asset
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively present products and build relationships.
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, follow up diligently, and meet deadlines.
Technical sales experience involving product demos or complex solutions is a plus.
Ability to analyze market data, customer needs, and sales performance metrics for strategic planning.
