Advanced Lighting Systems is one of Ontario's leading custom sign manufacturers. We fabricate high-quality illuminated signage for customers across North America, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in producing exceptional work.

We're not looking for someone who already knows everything.

We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the desire to become a true craftsman. If you're coachable, dependable, and enjoy working with your hands, we'll invest in teaching you our processes and helping you grow.

This is a long-term opportunity with a company that values quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Prepare acrylic, composite, aluminum and steel components for paint
Sand, clean, mask, and prime fabricated sign parts
Spray high-quality finishes using our paint systems
Inspect your own work to ensure it meets our quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe paint area
Work closely with fabrication and production teams
Follow established SOPs and quality processes

What We're Looking For

Experience in industrial, automotive, cabinet, metal, or sign painting is an asset
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Takes pride in producing quality work
Able to follow standardized processes
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Valid driver's licence is an asset
