Job description

Bronte Vascular Ultrasound is currently seeking a Part-Time Medical Office Administrator to join our experienced and highly respected team in Oakville. Bronte Vascular Ultrasound is a trusted name in vascular diagnostics, delivering exceptional ultrasound imaging, expert consultations, and compassionate care to patients across the Halton region.

As a vascular facility for a large network of community physicians in the area, we are proud to be the clinic of choice for professionals who demand accuracy, efficiency, and excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and check in patients, manage appointment scheduling, and coordinate daily operations
Handle phone lines with professionalism and efficiency
Maintain and update patient records, including prior history and documentation
Place reminder calls and follow up with patients as needed
Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory
Manage OHIP billing and reconciliation processes
Assist with general administrative duties to support clinic operations

Preferred Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in a medical administrative or office coordination role however new graduates with MOA qualifications will be highly considered
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service with a compassionate and professional demeanor
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software
Familiarity with OHIP billing and medical terminology is an asset
A genuine commitment to providing outstanding patient care
