Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team in providing exceptional beauty and skincare services to our clients. As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall guest experience by delivering high-quality treatments and personalized skincare advice. Your expertise in various beauty techniques will help clients feel rejuvenated and confident.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, and makeup application tailored to individual client needs.
Provide excellent customer service by welcoming clients, understanding their skincare goals, and recommending appropriate products and services.
Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on proper skincare routines and product usage.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized according to health regulations.
Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales transactions.
Foster a warm and inviting atmosphere that promotes guest satisfaction through exceptional hospitality and guest services.
Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare, makeup application, and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

Valid esthetician license or certification from an accredited institution.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs.
Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, enhancing the overall guest experience.
Knowledge of nail care techniques is a plus but not required.
Ability to perform body waxing with precision and care.
Familiarity with retail sales practices to assist clients in selecting appropriate products for their skincare regimen.
A passion for beauty and wellness with a commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of esthetics.
