1. Full-Time Baker

Are you an early riser with a passion for baking? Join our kitchen team and help create the fresh baked goods our customers love.

Responsibilities include:

Prepare and bake a wide range of products, including bread, buns, muffins, cookies, pies, cakes, and specialty items from scratch
Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens etc.
Ensure baked goods meet quality and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including work surfaces and equipment
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering ingredients and supplies
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Collaborate with the team to develop new products or seasonal offerings
Assist in packaging, labeling, and displaying baked goods for sale
Follow daily production plans and complete tasks in a timely manner
Working efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well with a team
