7 Star Service is in our DNA and the Canalta Hotel Family is looking for our next secret weapon to join our night owl team! This position won't bore you as everyday will be a new and exciting experience! You'll be immersed in the Canalta Hotel world assisting our guests to ensure they have a Legendary experience by creating "I-can't-believe-they-did-that" moments! At Canalta we are committed to honesty, hard work, amazing guest service and high standards. You will be empowered to provide a new, unprecedented level of service - one that ranks 7 Stars. We are looking for someone who possesses a Warrior's spirit, a servant's heart and a fun-loving attitude and who is up to the challenge and has a passion to continually learn and grow with our family.

What you'll do:

Next level Guest Service: Successfully complete an exceptional training program designed for top notch night auditors
Audit Like a Boss: Handle financial transactions, balances, and reports with accuracy. Don't sweat it; we'll provide the training!
Guest Over Everything: Provide 7 Star service by anticipating guests' needs and creating unforgettable moments. You're the night-time hero!
Vibe Maintenance: Keep the hotel ambiance chill and welcoming-your energy sets the tone for our night owls.
Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Address any issues that arise like a pro, transforming challenges into opportunities for guest satisfaction.
CommunicateCollaborate: Stay connected with the daytime team to relay important information and share insights for a seamless experience.
