Whether you’re newly licensed, an apprentice or have years of experience behind the chair, we offer a supportive environment where you can grow your clientele, build your confidence, and make great money doing what you love.

Licensed hairstylist or apprentice
Positive attitude and strong customer service

Duties

Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling tailored to client preferences
Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering expert advice
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client experience and salon revenue
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments
Foster a friendly and professional atmosphere to ensure repeat business and positive client relationships
Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hair industry

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
Proficiency in hair styling techniques and current trends
Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
Effective upselling skills to recommend products or additional services naturally during appointments
Excellent communication skills for clear consultation and team collaboration
Experience in retail sales within a salon or similar environment is preferred
Front desk experience is advantageous for managing appointments and client interactions
