Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Interlock Experts to join our construction and restoration team. This role involves specialized work in masonry, renovation, and interlocking systems, requiring a strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and heavy equipment operation. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand tools, power tools, and construction techniques to deliver high-quality results on various projects. This position offers opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic environment focused on quality craftsmanship and innovative restoration solutions.

Duties

Install, repair, and restore interlocking systems using hand tools and power tools
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise execution of projects
Operate heavy equipment safely for excavation, lifting, and placement of materials
Perform masonry work including laying bricks, stones, or concrete blocks for interlock installations
Conduct renovation tasks such as caulking, sealing joints, and surface preparation
Assist in the restoration of existing structures by applying appropriate techniques and materials
Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining safety standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency

Skills

Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction and masonry work
Strong knowledge of construction practices, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation
Experience with renovation techniques including caulking and surface preparation
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively in various environments
Familiarity with restoration processes for existing structures
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Pay: $40.00-$80.00 per hour
