Nous souhaitons agrandir et optimiser notre département de service chez Mark Motors et sommes à la recherche d’un Directeur de Service dynamique et chevronné pour se joindre à notre équipe de direction chez Volkswagen de l’Outaouais. Si vous êtes un leader né, proactif et orienté vers l'excellence opérationnelle, cette opportunité est pour vous.

En tant que Directeur de Service, vous serez le pilier du département de service, responsable de la supervision, de la performance et de la satisfaction de notre clientèle. Vous dirigerez une équipe d'environ 25 professionnels comprenant des aviseurs techniques, des techniciens spécialisés et du personnel de soutien, assurant ainsi une qualité de service et une productivité exceptionnelle.

Responsabilités :

Leadership et Gestion d'Équipe (approx 25 personnes) :

Encadrer, motiver et diriger une grande équipe avec une variété de savoirs techniques, favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et performant.
Gérer le rendement de l'équipe, incluant l’embauche, la formation, le coaching et l'évaluation du personnel (en collaboration avec le département des ressources humaines)
Déléguer efficacement les tâches et s'assurer que les objectifs de productivité et de qualité sont atteints.

Excellence Opérationnelle :

Superviser les activités quotidiennes et la performance de l’atelier, en coordonnant l'avancement des réparations.
Être proactif dans l'identification des obstacles majeurs et des opportunités d'amélioration des processus.
S’assurer du respect rigoureux des procédures, des normes de sécurité et des standards de la marque.
Identifier les besoins en entretien et en équipement de l'atelier pour garantir son efficacité.
Vérifier les bons de travail complétés pour assurer leur conformité et l'exactitude des facturations.

Gestion Administrative et Financière :

Gérer les réclamations de garantie et les bons de travail de service.
Gérer les ententes de prêt de véhicule pour les clients, au besoin.
Collaborer avec le département des pièces pour rechercher les pièces nécessaires et maintenir un inventaire adéquat pour le service.

Satisfaction Client (Expérience Client) :

Être responsable du département de service dans son ensemble et de la satisfaction des clients.
Gérer de manière proactive les plaintes et les conflits, avec un souci de maintenir des relations à long terme avec la clientèle.
Communiquer efficacement avec les clients pour s’assurer qu’ils comprennent et approuvent les estimations.

Qualifications Requises :

Bilinguisme Impératif : Capacité à communiquer et rédiger efficacement en Français et en Anglais (oral et écrit).
Expérience de Leadership : Minimum de deux (2) ans d’expérience dans un poste de supervision ou de direction (Directeur de Service, Adjoint au Service, ou toute autre combinaison d'expérience pertinente).
Connaissance Technique : Plus de 5 ans d’expérience générale dans un rôle lié au service automobile, dont une expérience significative dans un concessionnaire automobile. Posséder certaines compétences techniques en atelier est un atout.
Sens des Affaires et de l'Initiative :Faire preuve d'un sens de l'initiative élevé et d'une attitude proactive pour anticiper les défis et proposer des solutions innovantes. Capacité démontrée à gérer le personnel et à atteindre des objectifs de performance et de rentabilité.
Compétences en Gestion : Expérience réussie dans la gestion d’équipes de service performantes.
Maîtrise Logicielle : Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion de service (la connaissance de CDK est un atout majeur).

We are looking to expand and optimize our service department at Mark Motors and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Director to join our management team at Volkswagen de l’Outaouais. If you are a natural-born leader who is proactive and committed to operational excellence, this opportunity is for you.

As the Service Manager, you will be the lead of the service department,drive performance, and ensure top level of customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of approximately 25 employees, including service advisors, specialized technicians, and support staff, ensuring exceptional service quality and productivity.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management (approx. 25 people):

Supervise, motivate, and lead a large team with a variety of technical skills, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Manage team performance, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating staff (in collaboration with the Human Resources department

Operational Excellence:

Oversee daily operations and workshop performance, coordinating the progress of repairs.
Be proactive in identifying major obstacles and opportunities for process improvement.
Ensure strict compliance with procedures, safety protocols, and brand standards.
Identify workshop maintenance and equipment needs to ensure its efficiency.

Administrative and Financial Management:

Manage warranty claims and service work orders.
Collaborate with the parts department to source necessary parts and maintain adequate inventory for service.

Customer Satisfaction (Customer Experience):

Be responsible for the service department as a whole and for customer satisfaction.
Proactively manage complaints and conflicts, with a focus on maintaining long-term customer relationships..

Required Qualifications:

Bilingualism Required: Ability to communicate and write effectively in French and English (spoken and written).
Leadership Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position (Department Manager, Assistant Manager, or any other combination of relevant experience).
Technical Knowledge: More than 5 years of general experience in a role related to automotive service, including significant experience at an auto dealership. Possessing certain technical skills in a workshop setting is a plus.
Business Acumen and Initiative: Demonstrate a strong sense of initiative and a proactive attitude to anticipate challenges and propose innovative solutions. Demonstrated ability to manage staff and achieve performance and profitability goals.
Management Skills: Proven experience managing high-performing service teams.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in service management software (knowledge of CDK is a major asset)
