Please know that the full compensation listed for this position is dependent on a commission-based bonus structure. The salary range mentioned in the job posting represents the potential earnings of this role.

Responsibilities

Work directly with customers and technicians to ensure that there is ongoing communication and effective operations within the service department.
Work under timelines without compromising quality of work.
Handle all customer service related questions and concerns with a genuine intent to advise and help solve their problem.
Build strong rapport with customers and create a customer base through effective contact methods that make sense for the customer, including inbound and outbound telephone calls.
Considerate of the customer experience, willing to consistently commit to following through with prospecting calls and follow-up with customers within specific time frames.
Work with KPI’s to determine areas of high and low performance and interest in continuous personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

High attention to detail/organization/time management and able to work with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of automotive servicing methods.
Desire and excitement to work in a team-based environment and work collaboratively towards common goals.
Deep passion and interest in human centered customer experiences.
Comfort working with all levels of staff and customers.
Highly effective communicator (written and verbal), interpersonal and negotiation skills in order to work with customers, colleagues and numerous outside suppliers and stakeholders.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
Growth mindset - open to continuous coaching, feedback and support in development.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. (Excel, Word, Outlook)
1-2 years of experience in a dealership environment is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
