Votre mandat

Sous la supervision de la Vice-Présidente, le/la conseiller(e) aux opérations devra s’assurer que les opérations quotidiennes des restaurants respectent les standards de la bannière, dans le respect de la vision corporative concernant les stratégies d’affaires, d’opérations et de marketing. le/la conseiller(e) aux opérations devra supporter et assister les Franchisés, et la Vice-Présidente, ainsi que les partenaires d’affaires pour s’assurer le succès global de la compagnie.

Responsabilités;

· Assurer le bon fonctionnement des opérations de l'unité avec les règles et procédures du Manuel d’Opérations et les recettes;

· Faire un suivi et une analyse complète des restaurants en soumettant les rapports mensuels

· Assurer le suivi et l’implantation des décisions prises par le bureau chef;

· Assurer le suivi du service de la clientèle avec les franchisés et les clients;

· Assurer la qualité de la bannière dans les restaurants, incluant les achats, la publicité et les opérations;

· Être proactif et démontrer un sens de leadership en procurant des idées et des solutions au niveau opérationnel;

· Communiquer sur une base régulière avec les franchisés toutes informations pertinentes reliées aux opérations;

· Résolution de problèmes et plaintes des clients;

· Application et suivi des procédures en hygiène et salubrité.

Éducation/Expérience:

· Certificat en administration ou similaire

· 3 années d’expérience en restauration

· Connaissance de la base Microsoft Office

Autres habiletés et/ou aptitudes recherchées :

· Capacité à travailler et s’adapter dans un environnement rapide;

· Positif, professionnel et faisant preuve d’initiative;

· Connaissance de la Suite Microsoft Office;

· Autonome, organisée et multitâches;

· Gestion des priorités, en respectant les échéanciers tout en faisant preuve de rigueur;

· Habileté à travailler seul et en équipe;

· Aptitude à communiquer aux Franchisés et aux clients;

· Aptitude à résoudre des problèmes et orienté solution;

Your mandate

Under the supervision of the Vice-President, you will be responsible for setting the strategy to support the growth of the brand as well as working in conjunction with marketing coordinator, the graphic designer, the culinary development manager, as well as working in close collaboration with the business development and operations team to assist with varying regional needs.

We are now looking for a Regional consultant to ensure the day-to-day operations of the stores, in respect of the corporation's vision regarding business strategies, operations and marketing. The Regional consultant will support the Franchisees and the Vice-President, as well as internal partners to ensure the overall success of the organization.

Primary responsibilities:

· Day-to-day supervision of stores to ensure the rules and procedures of the Operations Manual are in practice;

· Provide feedback and assessment of the stores under supervision by submitting monthly QSC reports;

· Responsible for ensuring the quality of the brand at the store level, including compliance in purchasing, marketing activities and daily operations;

· Must be proactive and show strong leadership skills in providing ideas and solutions to the operations of the store;

· Communicate regularly with franchisees to relay all pertinent information related to the operations of the stores;

· Resolution of any complaints or issues with the clients;

· General administrative tasks and special projects as required.

Education/Experience:

· College Degree in management;

· 3 years restaurant experience;

· Microsoft office basic knowledge.

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities:

· Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment;

· Positive, professional attitude and the ability to take initiative;

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite;

· Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to multi tasks;

· Demonstrated ability to prioritize, by meeting deadlines and paying attention to details;

· Proven ability to communicate to Franchisees and clients;

· Proven strong problem solving skills and results oriented;

· Must be client-focused and service-oriented;

· English and French, spoken and written;

· Available to work weekends or evening;
