Job Duties include: Accepts calls from staff regarding illness and absence from work, filling vacancies, vacations, sick leaves and other leaves of absence. Prepares a daily update for other staff, maintains records, daily hand swipes, processing requests, maintaining computerized records in Comvida, and posting jobs. Grade 12 plus 2 years related experience in scheduling or equivalent combinations of training and experience. This is a HEU union position as per the collective agreement.
