Full job description

Do you enjoy working with food, helping customers, and being part of a supportive team? Quality Greens is looking for positive and dependable Deli Associates to join us in either a part-time or full-time position.

Quality Greens is a locally owned and operated business committed to supporting local vendors and the communities we serve. We offer a friendly, welcoming workplace where team members can learn new skills, contribute their ideas, and grow.

Previous deli experience is an asset, but it isn’t everything. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-first approach. If you’re dependable, enjoy staying active, and take pride in doing great work, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

Prepare, cook, bake, and package high-quality food
Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food-safety procedures
Wash, chop, weigh, measure, and mix ingredients
Stock, rotate, merchandise, and display Deli products
Help customers and provide friendly, attentive service
Keep preparation areas, equipment, and workstations clean and sanitary
Work collaboratively with your teammates to keep the department running smoothly
Help create a positive and welcoming environment for customers and team members

What We’re Looking For

A positive and enthusiastic attitude
A willingness to learn and develop new skills
A dependable team player who is ready to contribute
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer-service and communication skills
An interest in natural, local, and healthy foods
Previous deli, kitchen, food-preparation, or customer-service experience is an asset
A valid FOODSAFE certificate, or the willingness to obtain one

Availability Requirements

Part-time and full-time positions are available
Candidates must be available to work some evenings
Candidates must be available to work at least one day on the weekend
Additional availability on holidays may be required
