Full job description

Some of what you will do

Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Drive sales in the furniture, technology and supplies areas of the store.
Set and achieve sales and margin goals with store leaders.
Ensure operational excellence and uphold store brand standards.
Support all merchandising and signage standards including planograms and stocking.

Specifically, you will

Engage with and sell to all our customers by offering tailored products and services using all tools and techniques available in our selling model to anticipate and meet future customer needs.
Handle transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including shipping transactions and marketing tools to convert customers.
Calmly de-escalate and assist in complex customer situations to ensure their concerns are addressed effectively or refer to a manager/supervisor.

Some of what you need

3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience (preferred).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
