Full job description

Top-Performing Automotive Service Advisor

We are looking for a high-performing Automotive Service Advisor who knows how to deliver an exceptional customer experience while consistently producing strong sales and gross profit results.

This is not an entry-level position.

We are looking for someone who is already proven, competitive, organized, accountable, and motivated to perform at a high level.

If you are currently one of the strongest Service Advisors in your dealership and feel you are capable of more, this may be the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

Greet customers and manage the service experience from write-up through vehicle delivery
Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle needs
Present maintenance and repair recommendations professionally and confidently
Build value and trust rather than simply quoting prices
Follow up quickly on technician recommendations and customer approvals
Maintain excellent communication with customers throughout the repair process
Work closely with technicians, dispatch, parts, and management to keep work moving efficiently
Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
Follow up on declined work and future maintenance opportunities
Build long-term customer relationships and repeat business
Consistently achieve sales, gross profit, CSI, and performance targets

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of:

Strong labour and parts sales
High average repair order performance
Strong closing ratios on recommended maintenance and repairs
Excellent CSI results
Strong customer retention
Effective follow-up habits
Managing a busy service lane without losing control of the day
Taking ownership of results
Working effectively as part of a high-performing team

You must be comfortable being measured on performance and accountable for your results.
