Full job description

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Car Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in professional auto detailing and paint correction, with strong attention to detail and pride in delivering top-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform complete exterior and interior detailing on customer vehicles, ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness and finish.
Conduct paint correction and polishing to restore vehicle surfaces and enhance gloss.
Apply protective coatings, wax, and sealants as required.
Inspect vehicles before and after services to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area, tools, and equipment.
Detail and clean the company’s pickup truck as and when required or requested.
Safely move and handle customer vehicles within the facility or to/from customer locations.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in professional car detailing.
Proven experience in professional car detailing and paint correction.
Valid Ontario G Driver’s License (or equivalent full driving license).
Strong attention to detail, time management, and work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused attitude.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of ceramic coatings, polishing machines, and detailing products.
Experience working with both standard and high-end vehicles.
