Examples of Job Duties: What does a day in the life of a caregiver look like? Providing a helping hand.
- Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships
- Participate in your clients’ favorite hobbies (scrapbooking, gardening, games, etc.)
- Prep meals for your clients to enjoy
- Assist your clients with walking, dressing, bathing, and other daily activities of living
- Assist your clients with transportation, errands, and light housekeeping
- Report what activities were completed with your clients and provide updates on your clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior

Qualifications:
- You are passionate about helping seniors.
- You enjoy customer service and communicating with clients.
- You want to help your community and make a difference in someone’s life.
- Personal Support Worker (PSW) certified (desirable but not required)
- At least one year of experience providing care to seniors.
- Must have passed or be able to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Strong preference given to applicants with driver's license and car strongly desired.
- Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada and currently available to work in Ontario.
Compensation: $20-23/hr depending on experience.
