Overview

HB Cycle is expanding!

After proudly serving the powersports community from our Lindsay location for 37 years, we are opening a second location at 2704 Lakefield Road in Peterborough, Ontario.

Backed by nearly four decades of industry experience, an established customer base, and a strong reputation, our new location will operate as a dedicated BRP dealership offering Ski-Doo snowmobiles, Sea-Doo personal watercraft, Can-Am ATVs, and Can-Am side-by-sides.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Powersports Sales Associate to join our growing team. The successful candidate will help customers choose the right BRP products for their needs while providing a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional sales experience.

If you are passionate about powersports, enjoy working with people, and are motivated by sales, this is an exciting opportunity to help launch a brand-new dealership backed by a well-established company.

Duties

Welcome customers and learn about their powersports needs, interests, and budget.
Present and explain BRP products, features, accessories, packages, and available options.
Sell major units, including Ski-Doo snowmobiles, Sea-Doo personal watercraft, Can-Am ATVs, and Can-Am side-by-sides.
Guide customers through the complete sales process, from the initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
Prepare quotes and follow up with potential customers by phone, email, and text.
Respond promptly and professionally to online, telephone, and in-person sales inquiries.
Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales records.
Stay current on BRP products, promotions, financing programs, and competitor offerings.
Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
Assist with showroom displays, inventory presentation, dealership events, and product launches.
Work closely with the finance, parts, and service departments to provide an excellent customer experience.
Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales targets.
Complete BRP product and sales training as required.
Attend industry shows when necessary.
Promote yourself online.
Pay structure is Base + Commission.

Skills

Previous sales experience is preferred.
Experience in powersports, automotive, recreational vehicle, marine, or equipment sales is considered an asset.
A genuine interest in snowmobiles, personal watercraft, ATVs, and side-by-sides.
Strong communication, customer-service, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
A positive attitude and professional appearance.
Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and results-driven.
Comfortable following up consistently with customers and sales leads.
Able to learn product specifications, technology, accessories, and financing options.
Comfortable using computers, email, and customer relationship management systems.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Available to work Saturdays and additional hours during peak seasons.
A valid Ontario driver's license and clean driving record.
