Content Creator, Executive Assistant, Performance Marketing & Business Development Specialist

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / 6-Month Contract

Location: In Person

Travel: Canada, USA & Internationally

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, creative and results-driven professional to support content creation, executive operations, performance marketing and business development.

The role combines Content Creation + ChatGPT/AI + SEO + Google Ads + Social Media + Lead Generation + Direct Client Acquisition + Executive Support.

The ideal candidate will help grow the Company's brand, find potential clients, generate qualified leads, attend business events and convert prospects into meetings, clients and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

Research and identify potential direct clients in Canada, USA and international markets.

Identify CEOs, founders, HR leaders, IT decision-makers and other prospects.

Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone and social media.

Generate qualified leads and schedule client meetings.

Follow up with prospects and assist in converting leads into clients.

Maintain CRM, prospect and sales pipeline reports.

Research → Prospect → Contact → Meeting → Follow-up → Conversion → Client

2. Events & Networking

Attend conferences, trade shows, networking events and client meetings in Canada, USA and internationally.

Represent the Company professionally.

Network with business owners and decision-makers.

Generate and follow up on event leads.

Convert event contacts into qualified business opportunities.

3. Performance Marketing & SEO

Manage and optimize Google Ads and paid social media campaigns.

Develop lead-generation campaigns and conversion strategies.

Conduct keyword and competitor research.

Manage SEO content, website optimization and Google Analytics/Search Console.

Monitor CPL, conversions, traffic and ROI.

Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports.

4. Content Creation & Social Media

Create blogs, website content, social media posts, videos, podcasts, email campaigns and marketing materials, arranging webinar

Create short-form content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and X.

Develop content calendars and campaigns.

Edit videos using tools such as Descript and other editing software.

Create basic graphics using Canva/Adobe tools.

Create content focused on engagement, lead generation and client acquisition.

5. ChatGPT & AI

Use ChatGPT and AI tools for research, content creation, scripts, prospect research and marketing.

Develop AI-assisted marketing and lead-generation workflows.

Use AI to improve productivity and business-development activities.

Review and fact-check all AI-generated content before use.

6. Executive & Administrative Support

Manage executive calendars, meetings and schedules using Microsoft Outlook.

Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence.

Coordinate travel, meetings and events.

Assist with data entry, filing, documentation and project tracking.

Handle professional client communication by phone and email.

Assist with QuickBooks, invoicing and expense tracking.

Manage documents and electronic signatures through DocuSign.

Performance Expectations

This is a performance-driven role. Performance will be measured through:
