About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about design, technology, and sales? Do you want to represent an innovative Quebec-made product within a growing company? Arcane Technologies, a pioneer in immersive 3D solutions, is looking for a motivated Account executive to promote Vortek Spaces, our visualization platform designed for professionals in design and construction.

Founded in 2007, Arcane Technologies develops cutting-edge interactive technologies such as virtual and augmented reality. Our flagship product, Vortek Spaces, is an innovative software solution that enables designers, kitchen designers, architects, and manufacturers to showcase their projects in highly realistic 3D.

As a Account executive, you will play a key role in the growth of Vortek Spaces. You will help promote an innovative product within the design and construction industry while building strong relationships with our clients. Working closely with internal teams, you will also have the opportunity to influence product development based on market needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Prospecting new clients (cold calls, emails, social media, etc.);
Contacting client leads generated through our website;
Qualifying prospects;
Presenting the features and benefits of Vortek Spaces to potential clients through online or in-person demonstrations;
Understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions;
Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets;
Maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients;
Participating in trade shows and industry events to promote our products;
Assisting in identifying the benefits of the company’s products and services for inclusion in corporate documents and presentations;
Recording relevant prospecting information in the CRM;
Gathering and communicating client feedback and product improvement needs to the appropriate teams.

Desired Profile

College diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP) in a relevant field such as interior design or any other sales-related field;
Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English;
Proven sales experience, preferably in software or technology;
Experience working with a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or others);
Knowledge of the target market (interior design industry) and competing product offerings is an asset;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, or SketchUp would be considered an asset;
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Base salary + commissions (sales and renewals);
Full-time position (37.5 hours/week);

En tant que représentant des ventes, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la croissance de Vortek Spaces. Vous contribuerez à faire rayonner un produit innovant dans l’industrie du design et de la construction, tout en bâtissant des relations solides avec nos clients. En collaboration avec les équipes internes, vous aurez aussi l’occasion d’influencer l’évolution du produit en fonction des besoins du marché.

Faire de la promotion auprès des clients Déterminer les clients éventuels et les solliciter
Évaluer les besoins et les ressources du client afin de lui recommander les biens ou les services appropriés
Faire des présentations commerciales Fournir des données pour le design du produit lorsque les biens et les services doivent être adaptés au besoin du client
Communiquer avec les clients après la vente pour assurer un suivi Lire et suivre les renseignements concernant les innovations d'un produit, les concurrents et les conditions du marché
Présenter aux clients un exposé ou une description des avantages et des utilisations des biens et services
Annoncer et/ou promouvoir les produits, les ventes ou les services Fournir le service à la clientèle

Profil recherché

Bilinguisme parfait (anglais-français) parlé et écrit ·
2 ans à 3 ans d'expérience pertinente. en vente, dans le domaine des logiciels
Expérience de travail sur le territoire des États-Unis
Avoir déjà travaillé avec un CRM (par exemple Hubspot, Zoho, Salesforce ou autres)
Doit être prêt à travailler en présentiel dans la ville de Québec
Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation
La connaissance des logiciels de design tels que Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp serait considérée comme un atout
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
