Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct engaging dance classes for children aged 6-12 years old.
Instruct students in various dance techniques, choreography, and routines.
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment to encourage students' growth and confidence.
Organize and coordinate dance performances and events.
Prioritize the safety and well-being of all students during dance classes.

Skills:

Proficient in hip-hop, and other dance styles with substantial knowledge and experience.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and fellow staff members.
Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities within the class.
Exhibit patience and enthusiasm to motivate and inspire students on their dance journey.
Possess prior experience working with children.

Work Details:

Allocate 1 hour on-site each week from 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM to lead the dance program, with the *day of the week to be determined*.
Maintain regular communication with parents, send program updates, and keep the supervisor informed about developments related to the program ( remotely)

Pay: $60.00 per day
