FRONT OF HOSUE MANAGER - MIETTE BOULANGERIE & SANDWICHERIE

Miette Boulangerie is growing, and we're looking for a General Manager to lead the team, run day-to-day operations, and take ownership of how our business performs — for guests, for staff, and for the business. This role oversees both our Boulangerie and Sandwicherie locations.

THE ROLE

You'll be the store leader across both locations, responsible for hospitality standards, team training and development, and day-to-day operations.

Lead and coach the FOH team at both sites — regular 1-on-1s, real-time feedback, and a training plan that sets people up to succeed
Own the guest experience at both locations: service, quality, cleanliness, and responding to feedback quickly and thoughtfully
Manage schedules, labor, and inventory across both locations with an eye on trends, not just fixed numbers
Keep equipment and facilities running smoothly, and know when to escalate
Ensure the team is trained on health, safety, and labor requirements
Handle cash procedures and POS operations accurately
Act as the go-to problem-solver for guests, vendors, and staff, escalating to ops or people leadership when needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

4+ years FOH experience, incl. 1+ in management role
Comfortable managing multiple locations
Fully bilingual (English and French)
Comfortable with Google Suite, POS systems, and everyday tech
Strong grasp of scheduling and inventory

Gérant/e du Front of House - MIETTE BOULANGERIE & SANDWICHERIE

Miette Boulangerie est en pleine croissance et cherche un/e Gérant/e Général/e pour diriger l'équipe, superviser les opérations quotidiennes et prendre en charge la performance de l'entreprise — pour les clients, pour l'équipe, et pour l'entreprise. Ce poste couvre nos deux emplacements : la Boulangerie et la Sandwicherie.

LE POSTE

Vous serez le/la leader des deux emplacements, responsable des standards d'accueil, de la formation et du développement de l'équipe et des opérations quotidiennes.

Diriger et coacher l'équipe FOH des deux sites — rencontres individuelles régulières, feedback en temps réel, et un plan de formation qui prépare les gens à réussir
Prendre en charge l'expérience client dans les deux emplacements : service, qualité des produits, propreté, et réponse rapide et réfléchie aux commentaires
Lire l'ambiance de chaque magasin et ajuster le service et les horaires en temps réel selon l'achalandage
Gérer les horaires, la main-d'œuvre et l'inventaire des deux sites en fonction des tendances, pas de chiffres fixes
Veiller au bon fonctionnement des équipements et installations, et savoir quand escalader
S'assurer que l'équipe est formée sur les exigences en santé, sécurité et normes du travail
Gérer les procédures de caisse et l'utilisation du système de point de vente
Être la personne-ressource pour résoudre les enjeux avec les clients, fournisseurs et employés, en escaladant vers les opérations ou RH au besoin

Bonne compréhension des horaires et de l'inventaire
Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de communication
