Objectif du poste:

Superviser les diverses taches reliées aux équipements et le bâtiment. Planifier, mettre en œuvre et suivre les divers projets d’améliorations effectués par les équipes internes et externes et en assurer le suivi.Superviser les diverses taches reliées aux équipements et le bâtiment. Responsabilités :

-Préparer, mettre en application, améliorer et assurer la rigueur du programme d’entretien préventif.
-Coordonner les divers travaux d’améliorations, la maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements et du bâtiment via l’équipe interne et les externes.
-Prioriser et attribuer les tâches et bon de travail
-Appliquer les politiques et les procédures de l’entreprise
-Gestion complète de l’équipe interne.

Qualifications :

-Scolarité : DEC en génie mécanique ou DEP ou DEC en gestion des opérations
-Toute autre combinaison de formation et d’expérience pertinente sera considérée
-Experience : Trois (3) ans d’expérience minimum à titre de superviseur
-Compétences Informatiques : Aptitudes avec la suite office, Internet et un système de maintenance assisté par ordinateur.
-Autres Compétences : Aptitudes en gestion de projet, excellent sens de leadership, excellente compétences en gestion des priorités, rigueur et discipline, motivé, proactif et engagé
-Langues: Capacité à communiquer en français et en anglais
-Atout :
o Expérience en dépannage général et en maintenance préventive

o Expérience avec un GMAO (Intéral)

Job purpose:

Supervise various tasks related to equipment and the building. Plan, implement and follow the various improvement projects carried out by the internal and external teams and monitor progress.

Responsibilities:
-Prepare, implement, improve and ensure the rigor of the preventive maintenance program.
-Coordinate the various initiative of improvement, the preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment and the building via the internal team and the external ones.
-Prioritize and assign tasks and work order
-Apply company policies and procedures
-Complete management of the internal team.

Qualifications:

-Education: DEC in Mechanical Engineering or DEP or DEC in Operations Management
-Any other combination of training and relevant experience will be considered
-Experience: 3+ years of experience in a supervisory position
-Computer Skills: Proficient with Office, Internet and computerised maintenance management system.
-Other Skills: Project management skills, Excellent interrelationship & leadership skills, Excellent skills in priority management, thoroughness and consistency, self-motivated, proactive and committed.
-Language: Ability to communicate in French and English
-Asset:

o Experience in general troubleshooting and preventive maintenance

o Experience in maintenance planning with CMMS (Intéral)
