Job Overview
With Love By Beccs is expanding. We are seeking a few dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all team members and clients. This role requires a class 5 licence, strong time management skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You must be bondable and be able to provide a criminal record check.

Responsibilities

Perform commercial/residential cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
Keep products stocked along with hand tools and power tools as necessary for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Conduct custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within designated timeframes without direction.
Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any issues or repairs needed.
Engage with clients and occupants to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services provided.
Safely handle heavy lifting when required for moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in residential/commercial cleaning or custodial service an asset but not required!
Familiarity with deep cleans/move outs/maintence clean.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using wet pumice stone/blade.
