Overview

Brandt is currently looking for Manager of Program Development – Manufactured Products in our Regina location. This role is responsible for leadership in the development of internal / external finance programs for the Brandt Group’s line of manufactured products.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Planning

Lead / oversee the development of both internal and external finance programs for all manufactured product lines in conjunction with various Brandt sales executive.
Provide feedback and guidance to the Brandt Finance team into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
Work with the Brandt Finance and sales teams to identify and develop strategic opportunities.

Operations

Assist in the achievement of sales and market share goals, as agreed, for the long-term success of Brandt Finance.
Gather and monitor competitive intelligence from the marketplace to ensure Brandt Finance is providing superior products.

Working Conditions

Work is primarily in an office environment based out of Regina with occasional travel across the Brandt North American footprint required.

What We Look For

Five plus years of direct equipment finance related experience in progressively senior management roles required.
Prior Brandt group experience would be considered an asset.
Post secondary degree in business / finance would be considered an asset.
A high level of written and oral communication skills are required.
