Independent Sales Contractor – AI Automation Sales

Company: INTLOGIC AI INC. (Intlogic AI)
Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: Commission only — no salary or guaranteed minimum income

About the Role

Intlogic AI is looking for independent sales contractors to sell AI automation solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.

We help businesses integrate AI into their operations by automating repetitive work, improving customer communication, streamlining internal processes, and connecting existing software and workflows.

AI adoption is becoming a priority for many businesses, but smaller companies often don't know where to start or how to implement it. Your role is to identify those businesses, understand where automation could save them time or money, and introduce them to Intlogic AI.

You do not need to build or program the AI solutions yourself.

What You'll Do

Find and contact potential business clients.
Identify opportunities where AI automation could improve their operations.
Introduce and explain Intlogic AI's services.
Conduct or arrange sales meetings.
Follow up with interested prospects.
Negotiate within approved pricing and terms.
Close customers.
Keep relevant sales activity updated in our CRM.

You control your own schedule, location, prospecting methods, and day-to-day sales activity.

What We Provide

Intlogic AI provides only a security and commission tracking system which are necessary to fulfill our obligations under the sales contract:

Access to the company CRM for tracking prospects, sales activity, and commission attribution.
A company phone number to use for outbound calls, provided primarily for security, privacy, and business-record purposes.

Contractors are otherwise responsible for their own equipment, internet connection, workspace, expenses, and sales methods unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Commission

Compensation is entirely performance-based:

7.5% of Net Collected Revenue for sourcing a qualified opportunity.
17.5% for closing a customer.
25% total when you both source and close the customer.

Commissions generally apply to qualifying revenue collected during the customer's first 6 months.

For example, depending on the solution and its price, a customer you source and fully close could generate approximately $1,000 in commission over the six-month commission period, and larger projects can generate more.

Actual commissions depend on the customer's contract value, payments actually collected by Intlogic AI, and the terms of the Independent Contractor Agreement.

There is no guaranteed minimum income, salary, hourly wage, number of leads, customers, or sales.

Who We're Looking For

We're primarily looking for people who are:

Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
Confident with prospecting, outreach, and follow-up.
Able to explain business solutions clearly without unnecessary technical jargon.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Interested in AI, technology, sales, or business development.

Previous B2B sales experience is an advantage, but strong communication and the ability to generate business are more important.

Independent Contractor Position

This is an independent contractor opportunity, not employment.

Contractors determine their own schedule and working methods and are responsible for their own taxes, equipment, internet, workspace, expenses, insurance, registrations, and other obligations associated with independent contracting.

There are no employee benefits, vacation pay, overtime, guaranteed hours, salary, or guaranteed minimum compensation, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
