FP&A Analyst

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a high performing can-do minded FP&A analyst to join a fast-growing dynamic international payments company, backed by Brookfield. The candidate must have strong analytical, communication and business acumen. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive insight, support decision-making, and help shape the financial direction of the business. What You’ll Do

Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning

Support the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-term strategic planning processes.
Track performance against plan, identifying key variances, trends, and underlying drivers.
Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
Monitor cash flow and operating metrics to highlight risks, opportunities, and levers for value creation.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

Partner with Accounting during month-end close across the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
Build and maintain dashboards and performance reporting for senior leadership.
Perform variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior periods, delivering data-driven insights.
Support monthly sales incentive calculations.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial reports to support the business.

Data, Modeling & Insights

Develop financial models to support scenario planning, investment analysis, and business cases.
Create dynamic tools and frameworks with sensitivity and scenario analysis.
Extract, consolidate, and analyze large datasets from ERP and BI systems to uncover insights.

Cross-Functional Partnership

Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Product, R&D, HR, and Accounting to provide visibility into business performance and financial health.
Act as a trusted finance partner, helping teams understand results and make informed decisions.

Process Improvement & Automation

Identify and implement opportunities to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of financial reporting and analysis.
Support the automation of models, reports, and dashboards.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA an asset).
1–3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with advanced Excel and financial modelling skills required; experience with BI tools and programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis, automation, and dashboard development is highly desirable.
Exposure to ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred.
Clear, confident communicator with the ability to present insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownership.
