Marketing Manager, E-commerce & Growth

PAGULAYAN | Full-time | Fully Remote | CAD $70,000-$80,000

Build the Next Stage of PAGULAYAN

PAGULAYAN is already a recognized name in the billiards world. We have an international audience and customer base, more than 1,000 five-star reviews on our website, and 250,000 followers across our social platforms.

Our audience is active and engaged. People share, comment on, and interact with our content, and many of our videos and graphics reach millions of views.

We have built a strong foundation, but we are still early in what we believe PAGULAYAN can become.

The company is currently pre-profit and investing for growth. We are launching new products, strengthening the team, improving our marketing systems, and building the infrastructure required to scale internationally.

We are not looking for someone to maintain a finished marketing machine. We are looking for someone who wants to help build it.

This is a rare opportunity to join after the brand, products, and audience have already been proven, but before the company has reached its full potential. Your work will have a direct and visible impact on what PAGULAYAN becomes next.

The Role

This is not a narrow marketing position where you manage one channel or one small part of a campaign.

You will own campaigns from the initial idea through execution and performance analysis. You will connect Shopify, website promotions, email, SMS, social media, content production, giveaways, product launches, and customer retention.

You will work closely with leadership and coordinate with designers, videographers, social media team members, and developers. You will be expected to see what needs to happen, build the plan, get the right people moving, and take responsibility for getting campaigns across the finish line.

This role is for someone who is both strategic and hands-on. You should be able to identify the right opportunity, develop the campaign, write the brief, guide the creative, manage the execution, and evaluate the results.

What You Will Own

Develop and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, giveaways, and customer acquisition initiatives.
Build and manage a continuous marketing calendar across all major channels.
Turn our existing social reach into email and SMS growth, customer relationships, sales, and repeat purchases.
Create campaign concepts, messaging, creative briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
Manage and grow our email and SMS marketing programs.
Coordinate designers, videographers, social media team members, and Shopify developers.
Oversee website promotions, landing pages, pop-ups, forms, and campaign integrations.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.
Track performance, learn from the results, and continuously improve future campaigns.
Take ownership of execution rather than waiting for someone else to move the campaign forward.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of relevant marketing experience.
Strong e-commerce or direct-to-consumer experience.
Hands-on experience with Shopify and email/SMS marketing platforms.
Excellent copywriting, communication, and project-management skills.
Strong understanding of social media, content production, and audience growth.
Experience managing multiple campaigns, contributors, deadlines, and dependencies at the same time.
The ability to move quickly without sacrificing attention to detail.
Resourcefulness and the ability to solve problems without constant direction.
A strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.

Work Setup

This is a full-time, fully remote position.

Our remote team works together in a live online workspace throughout each workday. This is an important part of how we communicate, collaborate, solve problems, and stay connected.

You should be comfortable working independently while remaining responsive, visible, and actively engaged with the rest of the team.

Compensation

The starting salary is CAD $70,000-$80,000 annually, depending on skills and experience.

This starting range is not intended to represent the long-term ceiling for the position. As PAGULAYAN grows and the role expands, there is significant potential for increased responsibility and compensation based on performance, impact, and the company’s progress.
