Operations & Sales Coordinator — Lavage De Vitres Webster

Lavage de Vitres Webster is one of Montreal’s leading residential window and exterior cleaning companies, with additional operations in seasonal holiday lighting and D2D sales development in Montreal. As we scale across Quebec, Ontario, and Florida, we are adding a key operations role to our team: an Operations & Sales Coordinator who can own outcomes, not just support them.

This is a full-time remote position with real responsibility from day one.

This role lives at the intersection of operations and sales — year-round. Most days you are making around 50 outbound sales calls, running interviews with recruiting candidates, handling live customer service across phone, text, and email, and following up on quality control after jobs are completed. You are also coordinating routes for the field crews and keeping the schedule moving as conditions change throughout the day.

The pace is fast and the priorities shift constantly. We are looking for someone who performs well under pressure, exercises great judgment when the right answer is not obvious, and adapts quickly when the day does not go as planned. What the role covers:

Inside sales: calling past customer lists, booking appointments, handling objections, and following up persistently.

Day-to-day operations management including scheduling, route optimization and coordination, customer service, and quality control.

Recruiting operations including screening candidates, managing confirmation sequences, and supporting onboarding. Calendar and communications management across the organization.

What we are looking for:

A bilingual (English and French) professional who is warm, personable, and genuinely great on the phone. Someone who is highly organized, takes pride in their work, tech savvy, fast paced, and gets things done right the first time. Able to perform under pressure is essential. Someone who can be trusted to make the right call when leadership is not available and who moves with the business as priorities shift by season.

Comfort with sales conversations is non-negotiable. Past experience in inside sales, customer service, call centers, or front-of-house roles is a strong plus. We are looking for someone who finds energy in talking to people, not someone who tolerates it.

Fluency in both English and French is required. This role involves regular communication with clients, candidates, and team members in both languages.

Compensation: $62,000 per year, with up to $10,000 in performance-based bonus tied to schedule density, review acquisition, and cancellation save rate.
