Job Title: Janitor

Location: Richmond, BC

About Us: At Dynamic Facility Services, we are dedicated to maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and clients. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and are looking for a reliable Janitor to join our team.

Job Summary: As a Janitor, you will be responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities. Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will ensure a welcoming environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or issues.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

Qualifications:

BSW Certificate preferred
Previous janitorial or cleaning experience required.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects as necessary.
It is an asset if you have experience in floor maintenance, window washing, pressure washing, carpet cleaning etc. and have knowledge/experience operating heavy duty equipment such as auto-scrubbers.

Schedule:

Full-time and Part-time
Daytime and Evening shifts available

Compensation:

Hourly Ranging from $18.00-$20.00
