Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Head Spa Therapist plus Facial Aestheticians to lead our skincare and wellness team. This role involves providing exceptional facial treatments, spa therapies, and aesthetic services while delivering outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare, beauty treatments, and customer service, with the ability to educate clients on products and services to enhance their overall wellness and beauty routines. This position offers an opportunity to showcase your expertise in a luxurious environment dedicated to relaxation, rejuvenation, and aesthetic excellence.

Duties

Perform a variety of facial treatments, spa therapies, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care services with professionalism and attention to detail
Deliver personalized skincare consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products to clients
Provide exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring client satisfaction
Lead retail sales efforts through product demos, upselling, and educating clients on skincare lines and beauty products
Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in guests, and maintaining client records
Assist with training and mentoring junior staff members to uphold service standards
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness protocols in accordance with health regulations
Promote additional services such as hair styling or other spa offerings as appropriate
Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on new treatments or skincare lines
Foster a positive team environment focused on hospitality excellence

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs
Excellent communication skills for effective guest interactions and team collaboration
Proficiency in sanitation practices relevant to spa and skincare services
Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demos to enhance client engagement
Skilled in various aesthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair styling (nice-to-have)
Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently while providing guest services with professionalism
Knowledge of skincare products, treatment protocols, and industry trends
Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on creating relaxing guest experiences
Ability to educate clients about product benefits and treatment options effectively

Pay: $20.00-$46.81 per hour
