Overview
We are seeking talented photo and video shooters of all levels of experience. From people who can pin a boutonniere on a groom with their eyes closed, to those who just know a camera is their life, but are just beginning their journey. Ideal candidates will be personable, well presented, dependable self starters, who can work in a team.

5. know hot to take direction, and can problem solve on the spot.
6. Are efficient. This is a fast moving beast, and no one will wait for you to get done.
7. Have thick skin and know how to deal with people.
Duties
- Shooting or assisting main shooters (depending on experience level)
- Do full and half day wedding shoots: Shoot at the bride's house, studio, ceremony and reception. Can be anywhere from 12 to 17 hours.
- Operate cameras and other equipment to capture high-quality pictures/footage.
- Follow instructions from lead shooter.
- Work together with team during the ceremony and reception to capture the necessary angles.
- Follow internal best practices.
Requirements.
- Good communications.
- High command of English.
- Able to follow instructions but also think for yourself.
- Hard working.
Bonus
- Own equipment a huge plus but not required.
- Shooters who can also edit
- Videographer who know how to do a same day edit.
- Own a car and drive.
Equipment requirements (Ideal - Photo)
- 2x full frame SLR camera bodies with hybrid auto focus and dual card slots. (Must)
- 2x Camera flashes.
- Spare Batteries.
- Mac Laptop and card readers for downloading.
Equipment requirements (Ideal - Video)
- 2x 4K 60FPS capable camera bodies with hybrid auto focus and dual card slots
- 32bit float handheld 2 channel recorder.
- Wireless lav kit. with minimum 2 mics.
- DJI Ronin RS2 Pro or better Gimbal.
- 4K Drone
- 2 Tripods
- 2x 15W+ camera Lights
- Batteries for all the above.
- Mac Laptop and card readers for downloading.
This is not for the faint of heart, shooting is fun and we like to keep a great atmosphere with our teams, but the shoots are long and demanding, often with little time to complete long shot lists, travel to different locations on the same day, wrangle more than one duty at once. But if you love shooting, you get thrills from getting the perfect shot, seeing the bride smile when you show her the perfect picture, this is for you.
***Rates are commensurate with experience. Range given for reference, but not an absolute cap.***
***All new hires might be asked to do paid test shoots as a 3rd shooter/assistant at a base rate to determine how compatible you are with our teams and practices.***

Pay: $250.00-$800.00 per day
