Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.
Job Overview:
- The Integrity Data Coordinator is responsible for coordinating activities related to the collection, validation, and management of asset integrity data across facilities and storage operations. This role supports integrity management programs by ensuring critical engineering, inspection, and operational records are complete, accurate, accessible, and traceable.

Working within the Facilities and Storage Integrity teams, the successful candidate will support assets located at facilities that interconnect multiple pipelines, deliver gas to customers, regulate and measure gas flow, condition natural gas, and manage storage wells and associated equipment.

The team develops inspection programs for these assets and evaluates inspection results to support fitness-for-service assessments and ensure assets remain safe and reliable for continued operation.

This position will focus on the collection, review, verification, and management of integrity-related documentation, including engineering drawings, field data, inspection records, and historical condition-monitoring information. The role also supports efforts to identify and close data gaps, improve data quality, and provide analytical support to Integrity Engineers.

Work assignments may involve all facilities and storage assets and will require both travel and fieldwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, assess, and document data gaps across facilities and storage assets.

Conduct records searches and support the development and implementation of effective data management practices and processes.

Collect, review, validate, and organize engineering, operational, and integrity-related records.

Ensure integrity records are accurate, complete, accessible, readable, and traceable.

Perform quality assurance and quality control reviews on collected data and documentation.

Execute data mining and data analysis activities to support integrity assessments and engineering evaluations.

Support field activities and data collection efforts to address and close identified data gaps.

Verify field information against existing records, drawings, and technical documentation.

Provide analytical and technical support to Integrity Engineers and other stakeholders.

Consolidate information from multiple sources into reports, presentations, and communications.

Maintain documentation and records in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, and Field Services, to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications:
Required
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Integrity Management, Engineering, and/or Operations within the energy industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate and interpret complex data sets.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams, as well as Adobe Acrobat/Reader.

Advanced Excel skills and experience with programming, scripting, or data analysis tools.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.

Preferred

Experience in station engineering, station integrity, gas transmission operations, gas distribution operations, or gas storage operations within the oil and gas industry.

Knowledge of station design, construction practices, field operations, maintenance activities, and service procedures.

Experience using ProjectWise or similar document and records management systems.

Experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, or programming using SPSS or similar software platforms.

Familiarity with integrity management principles, inspection programs, and asset performance evaluation processes.
Working Conditions:

Travel to operational facilities and storage sites is required.

Regular fieldwork may be necessary to support data validation, inspections, and gap closure activities.

Work may be performed in both office and field environments, with collaboration across multiple functional teams.
