- Assurer l'exactitude, la confidentialité et la mise à jour des données des employés dans le système d'information des ressources humaines (SIRH – Workday), y compris les changements tout au long du cycle de vie de l'employé.
- Participer aux programmes, événements, communications, initiatives de gestion du changement et autres activités Personnes et culture à l'échelle de l'organisation, selon les besoins.
- Vous détenez un diplôme collégial ou universitaire en gestion des ressources humaines.
- Vous possédez de 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en ressources humaines dans un rôle de coordonnateur(trice).
- Vous avez d'excellentes habiletés de communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, en français et en anglais.
- Vous êtes admissible à l'obtention d'une cote de sécurité de niveau Secret.
- Vous avez à cœur d'offrir une expérience employé positive en répondant efficacement aux besoins des employés et de l'entreprise.
Vous possédez d'excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite ainsi qu'une capacité démontrée à évoluer dans un environnement en constante évolution.

You as a Coordonnateur(trice) Personnes et culture/P&C (HR) Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Managing all administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and induction, offer and change letters, promotions, resignations, and other employee movements, while ensuring a positive employee experience and meeting the needs of both staff and the business.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, responding independently or in collaboration with the People and Culture Manager, utilizing appropriate internal resources and ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions, including needs analysis, job posting, sourcing, shortlisting, conducting interviews, preparing offers, and attending job fairs.
- Manage the region's People & Culture programs, including recruitment, training, onboarding, and offboarding, while developing external relationships to attract top talent.
- Maintain the accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness of employee data in the HRIS (Workday), including changes throughout the employee lifecycle.
Participate in organization-wide People & Culture programs, events, communications, change management initiatives, and other P&C tasks as needed.

Is this the right opportunity for you?
- You hold a college or university degree in Human Resources Management.
- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources at a coordinator level.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, both written and verbal.
- Eligible to obtain Secret Clearance
