Sous la direction de: Directeur de Maintenance

Introduction : Morbern est une entreprise Nord-qui opère sur plusieurs continents. Notre usine de 35000pi2, à Lachine, QC, est intégrée verticalement à notre usine mère à Cornwall, ON. Nous sommes une quarantaine d’employés dans l’usine de Lachine. En tant que membre du département de maintenance, nous faisons toutes les taches requises pour le bon fonctionnement de notre usine.

Objectif du travail : Installer, réparer ou remplacer les pièces défectueuses à l’aide des outils appropriés et dépanner les automates.

Rôles & Fonctions :

Effectuer des travaux correctifs non interruptibles en marche et en arrêts planifiés pour les machines de l'usine ;
Procéder au dépannage et à la programmation d’automates programmables (Allen-Bradley, Parker, Yaskawa et ABB);
Développer et exécuter des projets électromécanique (moteur, plc)
Concevoir, lire et interpréter des plans ;
Effectuer la maintenance préventive et corrective de différents équipements selon la planification et la documentation qui l’accompagne ;
Recommander des mesures d’entretien et réparation ;
Participer à des arrêts planifiés de l'usine et effectuer toutes autres taches deux fois par année ;
Charger et décharger des outils, des huiles, de l’équipement, etc. ;
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe en lien avec l’emploi.
Responsable de respecter toutes les règles de santé et de sécurité au travail de Morbern. Cela garantit votre sécurité personnelle et celle des autres et aide également Morbern à promouvoir la sécurité au travail pour tous les employés.

Éducation :

Diplôme d’études professionnelles en électromécanique ou toute autre formation équivalente ;
1 à 3 ans d’expérience (atout) ;
Connaissance électricité industrielle (Licence, un atout)
Expérience en entreprise manufacturière (atout).
Connaissance adéquate de la langue anglaise et française ;
Connaissances informatiques : MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ;

Under the direction of: Maintenance Director

Introduction: Morbern is a North American company with a turnover of several hundred million dollars per year. Our 35,000 sq. ft. plant, in Lachine, QC, is vertically integrated with our parent plant in Cornwall, ON. We have around thirty employees in the Lachine factory. As a member of the maintenance department, we do all the tasks required for the proper functioning of our environment.

Work objective: Install, repair, or replace defective parts using the appropriate tools and troubleshoot the PLC systems.

Roles & Functions:

Carry out corrective work during production operation and planned shutdowns for the plant's machines;
Troubleshoot and program PLC’s (Allen-Bradley, Parker, Yaskawa and ABB);
Develop and execute electromechanical projects (Drive motors, plc)
Design, read and interpret plans;
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on various equipment according to planning schedule and accompanying documentation;
Recommend maintenance and repair measures;
Participate in planned plant shutdowns and perform all other tasks twice a year;
Load and unload tools, oils, equipment, etc.;
Perform any other related task related to the job;
Responsible for complying with all Morbern occupational health and safety regulations. This ensures your personal safety and that of others and helps Morbern promote workplace safety for all employees;

Education :

Professional studies diploma in electromechanics or any other equivalent training;
1 to 2 years of experience (asset);
Knowledge of industrial electricity (License, an asset);
Experience in a manufacturing company (asset);
Adequate knowledge of the English and French language;
Computer knowledge: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
