We are seeking a dedicated Conseiller en chaussures to join our team in Canada. Based in our boutique, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and helping clients find the perfect footwear. Your enthusiasm and expertise will contribute directly to our mission of offering premium products with a personalized touch.
Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
Provide product demonstrations and detailed information about footwear options.
Manage sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
Upsell products effectively to meet sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer service through active listening and personalized recommendations.
Handle cash and process payments securely.
Keep organized records of sales and customer interactions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in footwear or fashion.
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are an asset.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work efficiently with POS systems and basic math skills.
Knowledge of merchandising and retail presentation standards.
Ability to upsell and promote products effectively.
Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks.
