Le poste

Relevant du directeur de l’excellence opérationnelle, le spécialiste en excellence opérationnelle jouera un rôle clé dans l’amélioration continue de nos opérations. Agissant à titre d’analyste, d’agent de changement et de ressource technique sur le terrain, cette personne sera appelée à identifier les opportunités d’amélioration, à optimiser les processus, à accroître l’efficacité et à soutenir les initiatives d’excellence opérationnelle à l’échelle de l’organisation.

Responsabilités :

Rechercher et évaluer de nouveaux équipements et technologies pour nos opérations de production
Participer à l'implantation et à l'amélioration de nos équipements
Travailler sur des plans et aménagements dans AutoCAD
Cartographier nos processus à l'aide de flowcharts et de process maps
Analyser nos façons de travailler et identifier les pertes de temps, les contraintes et les opportunités d'amélioration
Trouver et mettre en place des solutions concrètes pour simplifier, standardiser et améliorer nos opérations
Participer à différents projets d'automatisation, d'optimisation et d'amélioration continue

Profil recherché :

Baccalauréat en génie industriel, en génie mécanique ou dans un domaine pertinent
Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire en environnement manufacturier
Maîtrise d'AutoCAD
Connaissance des outils et méthodologies d'amélioration continue (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, VSM, etc. un atout)
Excellentes habiletés d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes
Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et à mobiliser différentes parties prenantes autour d'un projet
Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit, afin de communiquer efficacement avec nos fournisseurs et partenaires

About us

At Revolution Nutrition, we design, manufacture, and distribute high-quality sports nutrition products. The role

Reporting to the Director of Operational Excellence, the Operational Excellence Specialist will play a key role in driving continuous improvement across our operations. Acting as an analyst, change agent, and hands-on technical resource, this person will identify opportunities, optimize processes, improve efficiency, and support operational excellence initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

Research and evaluate new equipment and technologies for our production operations
Participate in the implementation and improvement of our equipment
Work on layouts and floor plans in AutoCAD
Map our processes using flowcharts and process maps
Analyze our ways of working and identify time losses, constraints, and improvement opportunities
Find and implement concrete solutions to simplify, standardize, and improve our operations
Participate in various automation, optimization, and continuous improvement projects

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, VSM, etc. an asset)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously and engage various stakeholders around a project
Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken, to effectively communicate with our suppliers and partners

What we offer
