Job Summary

This position is designed for an energetic line cook who thrives under pressure, wants room to exercise creative culinary freedom, and is ready to build their shift-leadership skills.

What You’ll Do

Run Peak Shifts: Lead line operations during high-volume evening and weekend shifts, ensuring fast ticket times and consistent food presentation.
Menu & Specials Innovation: Concept, cost out, and execute custom weekly/weekend food specials that pair with our craft beer lineup.
Lead by Example: Maintain energy, communication, and high kitchen standards during rushes.
Kitchen Operations: Oversee prep execution, sanitation, food safety compliance, and proper FIFO inventory management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 2+ years of line cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen, brewpub, or restaurant.
Schedule: Must be available to work evenings and weekends (start times offer flexibility).
Leadership Drive: Strong communication, cool-headed problem-solving, and strict punctuality.
Food Safety: Safe Food Handlers certification (or willingness to complete upon hire).
