Full job description

Responsibilities:

Crumb coating and decorating buttercream cakes
Executing custom buttercream cake designs
Measuring and mixing ingredients following standard recipes to produce cakes, buttercream, confits, and more
Following food safety standards and maintaining a clean, sanitized work environment
Stocking and putting away inventory following FIFO standards
Deliver a high level of customer service while guiding clients through custom cake consultations, design concepts, and order details

Requirements:

Must be able to start early mornings (5:00 am start times)
Minimum of 1-2-years of experience working as a buttercream cake decorator
Demonstrated ability in baking cakes and following recipes precisely
Eligible to work in Canada
Able to lift up to 25KG of equipment and ingredients
